Abstract

We investigate the 1D interacting two-component Fermi gas with arbitrary polarization. Exact results for the ground state energy, quasimomentum distribution functions, spin velocity and charge velocity reveal subtle polarization dependent quantum effects. © 2006 IOP Publishing Ltd.
