Abstract

This paper introduces the development and application background of distributed generation and analyzes its technical characteristics. According to the relationship between distributed generation and traditional distribution networks, the models of different types of distributed generation are equivalent to PQ, PI, PV, and PQ (V) nodes. Besides, this paper analyzes the impact of distributed generation on the voltage of the distribution network from the perspective of position and capacity. It points out the direction for further research.
