Abstract

Telagah village is a village located in Langkat Regency and is one of the villages that received a CSR fund program from PT Berkah Rosul Brothers which aims to increase the income of its people. The method used in this research is qualitative and uses primary and secondary data. The results of the study showed positive results for the two farmers, namely the Sembiring agent and the Ginting business, with an increase in farmers' income by 50% from the partnership between the farmers and PT Blessing Rosul Brothers with an agricultural land area of ​​10 Ha.
