Abstract

Environmental pollution is the contamination of the physical and biological components of the earth's system and the atmosphere so that it disrupts the balance of the environmental ecosystem, especially waste is a waste product resulting from a production process, such as household activities and toxic hazardous waste, especially in the Tuban Bali mangrove forest area. so it needs to be investigated further. The type of research that the author uses in this study is empirical research related to aspects of Legal Protection Against Environmental Pollution in the Badung Bali Mangrove Forest area related to Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. From the results of research conducted on Legal Protection Against Environmental Pollution in the Badung Bali Mangrove Forest area related to Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management contained in Article 3 of the 2009 UUPPLH Regarding the Ecosystem of Environmental Pollution in the Badung Bali Mangrove Forest area so that the principle of certainty can be considered , the principle of openness, the principle of decentralization and the role of the local government to regulate and maintain so that pollution and environmental damage does not occur either through pollution or protecting the environmental destruction of the badung mangrove forest. environmental pollution by reforestation, counseling regarding the dangers of mangrove forest destruction and mangrove crab cultivation.
