Pengembangan Wisata Trekking Di Kawasan Hutan Taman Wisata Alam Danau Buyan, Kabupaten Buleleng

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the potency owned by the tourist forest area of Buyan's lake for supporting tourism tracking activities. Collecting data techniques used to achieve this research purpose is direct observation, structured interview to the tourist and deep interview with the Chief Tourism Office of Buleleng Regency, The head of natural resources conservation, and the community figure. The methods used in this research descriptive analysis method by using an explanation given by the respondents descriptively and the SWOT analysis to identify internal situation like strength and opportunities factors, and the threats in developing tracking tourism. The result of this research shows that physic potency and nonphysical potency owned in the Danau Buyan Tourists attraction area can be developed as tracking tourism. In its development process the involvement of the local community, the tourist and Conservation Nature Resources Conservation are very important factors.
