Avaliac?a?o arquivistica: uma ana?lise baseada em revisa?o sistema?tica de literatura

Abstract

O presente artigo resulta de uma pesquisa desenvolvida sobre avaliac?a?o arquivi?stica, que teve por problema?tica delinear os enquadramentos teo?ricos e investigar as abordagens utilizadas no a?mbito nacional. O objetivo foi identificar e demonstrar a produc?a?o cienti?fica sobre avaliac?a?o de documentos na Arquivologia e em suas relac?o?es interdisciplinares. Como fundamentado na literatura da a?rea, o processo de avaliac?a?o e? fundamental para uma eficaz e eficiente gesta?o documental e da informac?a?o, visando tanto a racionalização, quanto a formação de uma memória organizacional, e e? desta premissa que a pesquisa decorre. Os procedimentos metodolo?gicos adotados foram realizar revisa?o sistema?tica da literatura brasileira sobre avaliac?a?o arquivi?stica e suas relações com a gesta?o documental, listando as produc?o?es cienti?ficas, sob revisa?o por pares, indexadas na Base de Dados em Cie?ncia da Informac?a?o (BRAPCI) dos u?ltimos 10 anos (2007-2016). Apresenta os resultados de pesquisa, identificando os artigos que tratam do tema, categorizando as metodologias e descrevendo suas caracteri?sticas, para?metros e crite?rios adotados. Conclui que a metodologia da Teoria dos Valores de Schellenberg, apesar do anacronismo frente aos estudos contempora?neos da a?rea, ainda e? predominante no enquadramento teo?rico das pesquisas publicadas e esta? representada na legislac?a?o nacional que envolve avaliac?a?o arquivística. Tambe?m conclui que diante das mudanc?as paradigma?ticas, tecnolo?gicas e de estruturac?a?o administrativa das Instituic?o?es contempora?neas, e? possi?vel identificar que metodologias mais recentes ve?m comec?ando a receber destaque, como e? o caso da Macro-avaliac?a?o e a Avaliac?a?o do Fluxo Informacional.This paper results from a research developed on archival appraisal, which the problem of define the background and investigating the approaches used in the national panorama. The objective was to identify and demonstrate the scientific production on document appraisal in Archival Science and in its interdisciplinary relationships. As grounded in the literature of the area, the appraisal process is fundamental for an effective and efficient record and information management, aiming at both the rationalization and the formation of an organizational memory, and it is from this premise that the research proceeds. The methodological procedures adopted were do systematic review with the brazilian literature on archival appraisal and also when related to document management, listing the scientific productions, under peer review, indexed in the Base de Dados em Cie?ncia da Informac?a?o (BRAPCI) of the last 10 years (2007-2016). It presents the research results, identifying the articles that deal with the theme, categorizing the methodologies and describing its characteristics, parameters and adopted criteria. It concludes that the methodology of Schellenberg's Theory of Values, despite anachronism in contemporary studies of the area, is still predominant in the theoretical framework of research and is represented in the national legislation that involves information evaluation. It also concludes that in view of the paradigmatic, technological and administrative structuring changes of the contemporary Institutions, it is possible to identify which more recent methodologies have begun to receive prominence, as is the case of Macroappraisal and Evaluation of Information Flow.
