Abstract
This research is aimed to know the positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. This research was applied on 55 production employees of PT. Patria Prima Jaya using simple random sampling. Transformational leadership variable was measured using MLQ Scale which adapted by Xiaoxia and Jing and modified by author based on role idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration component, and OCB variable was measured using OCB scale adapted by Podsakoff, MacKenzie, Moorman, and Fetter and modified by author based on OCB Organ theory conscientiousness, sportsmanship, civic virtue, courtesy, altruismdimensión. The data was analized using Spearman's Rho correlation test, and the results showed the correlation value r = 0,635 (p < 0,05), therefore it can be concluded that there is positive and significant correlation between work transformational leadership and OCB at PT Patria Prima Jaya.
