Empirical Research on Construct of Chain Store Logistics Capability System

Abstract

Based on the review of the relevant researches on logistics capability in domestic and oversea, this paper analyses theories of chain store logistics capability and summarizes the structure of the chain store logistics capability. It puts forward that chain store logistics capability is made up of two aspects: static capability and dynamic capability, develops relevant measurement tool. The scale of the framework is reliable and valid, tested by the sample collected from the 48 domestic chain enterprises. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
