Abstract

The implementation of good medical records will support the implementation of health improvement services in hospital, one of them is making report based on the daily census. The return of daily hospitalizazion census to the medical record unit in RSUD Kab. Ciamis is often delayed. This research aims to know the factors of delay returns daily census of hospitalizazion to medical record unit at RSUD Kab. Ciamis. The method used in this research is qualitative method with phenomenological approach.
