Abstract
This article discusses the challenges and opportunities of blended learning mode in apparel majors in higher vocational education. The article first outlines the connotation of blended learning mode and its necessity in apparel majors, and then analyses the problems in learning resources, teaching process, student learning and learning support services. In response to these problems, the article proposes solutions such as optimising learning resources, improving the teaching process, stimulating students’ motivation and enhancing students’ independent learning ability. Through empirical analysis and data evaluation, the article proves that optimising learning resources, improving the teaching process and providing learning support services can significantly improve students' academic performance and independent learning ability. The article summarises the importance of blended learning model in apparel majors and looks forward to its future development trend.
