Abstract

In the late 20th and early 21st centuries, ceramic products in Ho Chi Minh City in particular and the South in general entered a new era, it combined many raw materials with more modern industry, art decoration as well as a variety of products to serve the increasing demand of the consumption market. A ceramic tile has served the requirements of building and designing houses since then and has been born and flourished. Ceramic tiles come from inherent traditional materials, beautifying the living space, while preserving the traditional beauty hidden behind the stories of culture - history, artistry, as well as contributing to preserving the ancient values that ancestors have created. Therefrom, ceramic tiles began to be used in many fields of construction, architecture, interior and exterior design, and gradually became one of the main materials that make up the design styles. It is not only a cover function for the building, but also has a decorative function, which is highly aesthetic.
