Abstract

Nasopharyngeal conidiobolomycosis may be successfully treated by intralesional injection of amphotericin B via endoscopic guidance and systemic treatment with sodium and potassium iodide. Signs of iodine toxicosis include increased respiratory tract secretions, nonproductive cough, excessive lacrimation, and scaliness of skin.
