Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred since 2020 has greatly affected the education sector, requiring online learning to continue and be optimized. In this regard, educational institutions seek to adopt technology that can support learning and knowledge management and apply the most effective learning methods to use. Knowledge Management System as one of the technological innovations related to knowledge management is proven to support and facilitate knowledge management to create knowledge repositories, increase access to knowledge and share and communicate through collaboration and manage knowledge as an asset in learning organizations. In general, the challenge of system development is the mismatch between the system and the user's needs. This resulted in the system not optimally supporting system development goals. The design thinking method as an effort to create solutions based on user needs is considered capable of overcoming these obstacles. This paper discusses UI/UX Design on a High School Learning Knowledge Management System Prototype using the Design Thinking Method to support learning knowledge management in Senior High Schools. Knowledge Management System implementation in schools' learning, especially high schools, is aimed for teachers and students. It is used to increase access, share, communicate and collaborate knowledge to produce optimal learning using the most effective learning methods and display interfaces that suit the needs of teachers and students. The built prototype has been tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with a score of 85.43 and obtaining an adjective rating with an A or excellent rating.
