Crítica de la razón impura: de Nietzsche a Ortega y Gasset

Abstract

Resumen El objetivo principal del estudio es mostrar la decisiva importancia de Nietzsche en la génesis de la razón vital de Ortega y Gasset, como expresión de la aurora de una razón impura, la cual nos abre un nuevo horizonte fi losófi co que es capaz de superar el idealismo y el positivismo. A partir de la obra Aurora de Nietzsche, se muestra la infl uencia y el trasfondo nietzscheanos en el camino orteguiano de la razón pura a la impura en forma de razón vital, que Ortega y Gasset entendió también como aurora de la razón histórica y caracterizó con elementos nietzscheanos como la imaginación y la capacidad poética del animal fantástico. Abstract The main objective of this article is to show Nietzsche's decisive importance for the origin of vital reason in Ortega y Gasset, as an expression of the dawn of impure reason, which opens us a new philosophical horizon that is able to overcome idealism and positivism. On the basis of Nietzsche's Aurora the article discusses the Nietzs-chean background and his infl uence on Ortega y Gasset's path from pure reason to impure reason in the form of vital reason, understood by Ortega y Gasset as "The Dawn of Historical Reason" and characterized with Nietzschean elements such as imagination and the poetic capacity of the fantastic animal.
