Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Intellectual Capital (GIC) and Financial Performance (FP) on Firm Value (FV). In the era of globalization, industry is developing rapidly, marked by the increasing number of companies in Indonesia. This increase has positive impacts in the form of increased economic value and employment opportunities, as well as negative impacts such as environmental pollution. This research uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression methods to analyze company data in the non-cyclical consumer sector in Indonesia. The research results show that green intellectual capital and financial performance do not have a positive effect on firm value. These findings indicate that companies that adopt green intellectual capital practices and have good financial performance will not significantly affect firm value. This research contributes to the literature on green intellectual capital and financial performance, as well as providing practical implications for companies to increase firm value.
