Abstract
Magnetization measurements are made on a single crystal of ferromagnetic MnZnSb from 4.2 K to 325 K in order to determine the uniaxial anisotropy constant Ki. The easy and hard directions of magnetization are c-axis and opiane, respectively. The saturation moment and Kx extrapolated to 0 K are 1.5 ¡B and 6.7 x 106 erg/cm3, respectively. © 1993 The Japan Society of Applied Physics.
