Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze theeffect of economic growth, domestic investment and provincial minimum wages on employment in West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2018-2021 partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research with the analysis technique used is panel data regression with the Eviews 10 application. After the test was carried out, the results obtained were that partial economic growth had a positive and insignificant effect on labor absorption, domestic investment had a negative and insignificant effect on labor absorption and the provincial minimum wage had a positive and significant effect on labor absorption. Meanwhile, simultaneously the three variables have a positive and significant influence on labor absorption in West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2018-2021.
