Abstract
Abstrak Latarbelakang Stres dapat berpengaruh pada kegagalan produksi FSH-LH di hipotalamus sehingga mempengaruhi gangguan produksi estrogen dan progesteron yang menyebabkan ketidakteraturan siklus menstruasi. Gangguan pada siklus menstruasi salah satunya di pengaruhi oleh stress. Gangguan dapat berupa berupa perdarahan menstruasi yang terlalu banyak atau terlalu sedikit, siklus menstruasi yang tidak beraturan, dan bahkan tidak haid sama sekali. Metode Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran gangguan siklus menstruasi pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang mengalami stres di ITSK RS dr.Soepraoen Malang yang berjumalah 30 Responden. Hasil siklus menstruasi pada 30 mahasiswi yang mengalami stress yaitu hampir setengahnya responden mengalami siklus menstruasi normal 28-35 hari sejumlah 13 orang (43.3 %), sebagian besar remaja yang mengalami siklus menstruasi tidak normal <28 hari dan >35 hari sejumlah 17 orang (56.7%). Hal ini diduga berkaitan dengan tingkat stress, Usia dan pengaruh tempat tinggal Mahasiswi. Kesimpulan Mayoritas mahasiswa tingkat akhir di ITSK RS dr Soepraoen Malang sebagian besar 17 mahasiswi (56.7%) mengalami siklus menstruasi tidak normal <28 hari dan > 35 Hari. Abstract Introduction Stress can affect the failure of FSH-LH production in the hypothalamus so that it affects the disruption of estrogen and progesterone production which causes menstrual cycle irregularities. One of the disturbances in the menstrual cycle is stress. Disturbances can be in the form of menstrual bleeding that is too much or too little, irregular menstrual cycles, and even no periods at all. Method The research design used in this research is descriptive. This study aims to determine the description of menstrual cycle disorders in final year students who experience stress at ITSK dr.Soepraoen Hospital Malang with a total of 30 respondents. Results menstrual cycle in 30 female students who experienced stress were almost half of the respondents experienced a normal menstrual cycle of 28-35 days as many as 13 people (43.3%), most of the teenagers who experienced an abnormal menstrual cycle <28 days and >35 days a total of 17 people (56.7 %). This is thought to be related to stress levels, age and the influence of the student's residence. Conclusion The majority of final year students at ITSK dr Soepraoen Hospital Malang, mostly 17 female students (56.7%) experienced abnormal menstrual cycles <28 days and > 35 days.
