Abstract

Sixteen strains of salmonellae have been grown in various media of known wateractivity (aω) at 30°C. The reactions of 15 motile strains were very similar, whereas the single non-motile strain grew more slowly and over a smaller range of aω, ’s. © 1953 ASEG.
