Abstract
This survey study was conducted with the aim of analyzing needs Special Recovery teachers for Module teaching reading skills to students. module is analyzed aimed at improving level knowledge and teachers. will use ADDIE Model which carried out in three phases, namely (1) Requirements Analysis Phase, (2) Design Development Phase (3) Implementation Evaluation Phase. used questionnaires Needs involving 300 recovery from Pahang Darul Makmur State.
