Abstract

Quality was and still is the key aspect in the process of increasing value for the final user. Management’s ability to maintain quality at the same level while lowering the expenses is one of the competitive factors many of the top managers don’t consider while growing their organization. Total Quality Management (TQM) demands satisfaction of all needs of all consumers while updating internal processes that maximize the profit of the organization. Quality management in the modern environment through Total Quality Management affects all of the positions in the organization. In this paper we will show you how modern approach to quality management operates when we use the principles of TQM.
