Konflik Anak Kos Str Lima Kaum Dalam Tinjauan Teori Konflik Dahrendorf

Abstract

The field facts related to boarding are that there are 98% of overseas students choose to live in boarding houses. This is supportive because the cost has a close distance to their education. Dahrendorf's conflict theory was chosen in this article because it has a relationship to the source and cause of conflict, the impact of the conflict itself and how individuals choose approaches to conflict resolution. Researchers choose this because this topic is interesting to do research. The research method used is qualitative method by interviewing respondents and supported by literature study research. The results showed that the conflict of the boarding children of Str Lima Kaum in the review of Dahrendorf conflict theory has a close relationship with the causes of conflict derived from differences in thoughts and opinions, differences in habits and miscommunication from both parties. This conflict has an impact on oneself and others and even society in terms of good image. While the form of conflict resolution according to the review of Dahrendorf's conflict theory is without using violence with a compromise approach, namely finding a middle point as a solution. The approach to avoiding conflict is not to widen existing conflicts and negotiations in making decisions about conflicts that occur.
