PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN DARING DAN LINGKUNGAN BELAJAR TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA PAP UNS ERA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) the effect of online learning learning motivation; 2) the effect of learning motivation on Office Administration Education student’s learning motivation; and 3) the effect of online learning and learning environment on Office Administration Education student’s learning motivation. This study is a quantitative study with a correlational method. The population in this study were all students class of 2018 and 2019 of The Office Administration Education Study Program, 155 students. The research sample was taken with a proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaire and anaylis document and archive. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 24.0 program. This results show that; 1) there was a significant effect of online learning on learning motivation as evidenced by t value t table (2,147)>(1,981) and significance (0,034<0,05); 2) there was a significant effect of learning environment on learning motivation as evidenced by t value t table (2,186)>(1,981) and significance (0,031<0,05); and 3)  there was a significant effect of online learning and learning environment on learning motivation as evidenced by F value F table (7,901)>(3,08) and significance (0,001<0,05). The results of this study indicate that the double meaning of X 1 and X 2 to Y by 12,7% and the remaining 87,3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Overall results of this analysis sanction the proposed hypothesis.
