Abstract
Pati Regency is a center for producing cassava and its derivative products, namely tapioca flour. The problems faced by producers are intense market competition and weak bargaining position of producers. This study aims to analyze the structure, behavior, and performance of small and medium industries (IKM) in tapioca flour processing in Waturoyo Village, Margoyoso District, Pati Regency. A sample of 15 respondents was taken using a census to producers and traders. Descriptive quantitative data analysis method used the S-C-P approach. The market structure was analyzed by calculating market share, concentration ratio for the four largest (CR4), Hirschman Herfindahl Index (IHH) and minimum efficiency scale (MES).
