Da doença renal ao renal crônico

Abstract

o objetivo deste trabalho é descrever a complexa rede de crenças e valores que envolve as práticas, discursos, hábitos, rotinas e lingua gem dos sujeitos que sofrem de Insuficiência Renal Crônica e se submetem ao tratamento hemodialítico. Partindo de uma perspectiva neopragmática do sujeito, foi investigada a trajetória institucional do doente crônico, mapeando-se seu p.ercurso, as descrições sobre a sua doença, seu corpo e sua identidade, sua relação com as práticas discursivas da medicina, a intervenção do Estado e sua nova iden tidade social: o renal crônico.Le text tient pour bout décrire le complexe réseau de croyances et valeurs mises au milieu des discours, habitudes, routines et vocabulaire des sujets portant d'insuffisance rénale chronique, soumis à la thérapeutique d'hémodialyse. On s'est engagé à une perspective néopragmatiste du sujet pour rechercher la trajectoire institutionel1e du malade chronique; faire la cartographie de son parcours, les descriptions sur sa maladie, son corps et son identité; ses rapports avec les discours médicales, avec l'intervention de l'État et sa nouvelle identité sociale: celle du malade rénal chronique.This paper describes the complex network of beliefs and values that envelopes the practices, discourses, habits, routines and language of individuals suffering from Chronic Renal Failure and undergoing hemodialysis. Taking a neopragmatic perspective of the individual as a starting point, the institutional trajectory of the chronic patient was investigated, charting his/her path, the descriptions of the disease, his/her body and identity; his/her relationship with medical discursive practices, State intervention and his/her new social identity: that of a chronic renal.
