Abstract

The article discusses the role of regionalization of systemic cancer therapy in improving the quality of cancer care. Topics include reorganization of services, moving high-complexity care to high-volume centers, with the intent of improving quality, single-payer universal health care system, and regionalization policy from Cancer Care Ontario.
