Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Industry Factors on Organizational Export Performance and the Mediating Role of Promotion Adaptation in Malaysian firms involved in manufacturing and exporting products in foreign markets. Results indicate that industry Factors has a significant impact on organizational Export Performance under Promotion Adaptation in Malaysian firms involved in manufacturing and exporting products in foreign markets. Technology Intensity has a significant impact on organizational Export Performance under Promotion Adaptation in Malaysian firms involved in manufacturing and exporting products in foreign markets and the Level of Competition has a significant impact on organizational Export Performance through Promotion Adaptation in Malaysian firms involved in manufacturing and exporting products in foreign markets. To achieve Superior performance and hold organizational Excellence, Malaysian firms involved in manufacturing and exporting products in foreign markets must dealing and managing with cases of environmental changing to enhancement export organizational performance for their companies.
