Research on Power System Material Management Digitalization Technology Based on Process Reengineering

Abstract

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the material management system of electric power system, probes into the digital technology of material management business of electric power system, and puts forward the application of business process reengineering concept in material management of electric power system. Study the digital method of material management business, use the business process reengineering technology to study the hidden data advantage of the material management business of the city power grid, realize the data flow to the right person automatically and transmit the right data at the right time, solve the contradiction between global demand and scattered supply of data and information.
