ANALISIS PENILAIAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP LAYANAN DI TERMINAL BUMIAYU DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE IMFORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALISYS (IPA)

Abstract

AbstractThe Bumiayu bus terminal is located north of the Langkap intersection, this type of terminal is a type-B terminal and every day this terminal is always crowded with passengers, especially in the afternoon. Bus transportation requires supporting infrastructure in the form of a bus terminal because whatever mode of transportation is used it will not work well if there is no infrastructure that supports it. Therefore, not only adequate infrastructure, bus terminals also need to have good and adequate service quality standards. The quality of terminal services can be determined by using the level of satisfaction of terminal service users. Based on the analysis of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) First aid room facilities, information space and equality do not exist, meaning that they are not in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 40 in 2015.Keywords: user rating, Bumiayu terminal, Importance Performance Analysis.
