Abstract

Regulatory T cells (Tregs) are a unique CD4+ T - cell subset that essentially plays a crucial role in maintaining T - cell tolerance against self-antigens. Namely, the essential role of Tregs is suppression of auto-reactive T cells. Here, the participation of Tregs in tumor immunity will be mainly discussed.
