La gamificación como herramienta para reducir los accidentes laborales viales en pymes y autónomos

Abstract

The use of the vehicle constitutes a way of essential transport for many workers, who use it to travel to their workplace or in the development of their professional activity. Currently in Spain a 13.45% of labour accidents come from traffic, being important for its prevention invest in training and to incorporate the culture of road safety as part of the current activity of the organization. This paper proposes the use of gamification as a tool for training and awareness of selfemployed workers and SMES in the effort to reduce the number of road labour accidents in its organizations. To achieve this, we describe a process of implementation of the tool, which incorporates a game and a program of incentives that can serve as guidance for its use in organizations of this type.
