Improvement of organization and management of construction production based on BIM technologies and lean construction

Abstract

The problem of improving the development of construction organizations forced to expand research in the development and implementation of new forms of management. Successes in the development of computer technology, a significant reduction in its unit cost, achievements in the field of management informatization, foreign and Russian experience in the introduction of advanced information technologies in the field of management in modern conditions are associated with the development and implementation of computer forms of operational training. In this article, we propose to implement the philosophy of lean construction using BIM technology for the effective development of construction production.
