Abstract
Scramble model is a cooperative learning model that can improve students' concentration, speed and accuracy of thinking. Reading comprehension is the process of processing reading or text with the aim of obtaining information contained in the reading text, reading comprehension must be an important part of improving the quality of students. This study aims to determine the effect of the domino-assisted scramble model on students' reading comprehension skills in class III SDN 2 Neglasari. This research is a quantitative research, the model used in this study is a pre-experimental model with a one-group pretest-posttest research design. The population in this study were all students of class III as many as 40 students, while the sample in this study amounted to 25 students consisting of 10 males and 15 females. The instrument used is a test instrument (pretest-posttest) in the form of essay questions with 10 questions analyzed using the SPSS version 25 application. The results showed that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of using a domino-assisted scramble model on the students' reading comprehension ability in class III SDN 2 Neglasari.
