Abstract

In the present work, cation-exchange synthesis on a previously synthesized organic matrix was used to obtain nanodispersed bismuth ferrite powder. The phase composition of the samples was investigated by X-ray diffraction. Using scanning electron microscopy images of powder particles were obtained, their morphology and size were studied. The ferromagnetic resonance in millimeter microwave frequencies at room temperature for multiferroic BiFeO3 nanopowder sample with an appropriate sample-thickness about 1 mm. was observed.
