Abstract

In this issue of Blood, Yakimchuk and colleagues show that estrogen receptor β (ERβ) signaling can act tumor-suppressive predominantly through the regulation of genes by ERβ in the tumor, not in the microenvironment, and point out new therapeutic strategies. © 2014 by The American Society of Hematology.
