La contratación pública de obras: Situación actual y puntos de mejora

Abstract

Public construction has been, is and will be one of the fundamental pillars of the Spanish construction sector, while the current economic depression and the reduction of public investment in new infrastructure has led to a decrease of activity as the 90's. The return to higher activity rates will be achieved not only with the economic recovery of the country but would be necessary to make some improvements in the bidding process in order to achieve greater functionality and flexibility in the public procurement of works.
