Abstract

Enzymatic methods for cholesterol and triglycerides on the Abbott Bichromatic Analyzer are compared with standard nonenzymatic assays. Factors affecting the performance of the ABA 100 and precision of the enzymatic assays on this instrument are discussed. The precision is good.
