Abstract
The open circuit voltage, F oc, of organic solar cells based on single donor/acceptor (D/A) interface has been studied as a function of the air exposure. It is shown that V oc increases when the Al upper electrode is air exposed, that is to say when a thin aluminium oxide layer is present at the interface organic donor/aluminium. © 2006 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
