Síndrome de Charles Bonnet: Presentación de dos casos

Abstract

In this paper two cases of patients with Charles Bonnet syndrome are presented. This entity tends to be subdiagnosed in the scope of the health, giving to its peculiarity and ignorance on the part of the medical personnel. From these cases the clinical characteristics of the syndrome shows and guidelines offer to consider the physiopathology, clinical evaluation, risk factors, differential diagnosis and treatment. © 2007 Sociedad de Neurología, Psiquiatría y Neurocirugía.
