Abstract

The text analyzes how the naturalization and normalization of gender violence towards women affects the production of information from a methodological point of view and, therefore, the inferences made in this field of study. Through interviews with university students in southeastern Mexico and victims of sexual violence in the school and in the public sphere during activities related to their professional training, the paper shows the difficulties there are to address the low-intensity, slight and quotidian situations; that is, the naturalized and normalized micro-violence against women.
