Abstract

Abstruct: This paper identifies the positive and negative influences of telecommuting on the teleworkers . Some recommendations concerning the atributes of telecommuting to make the teleworkers more independent . In addition, the paper reviews the existing literature to identify factors leading to successful telecommuting programs, especially with regards to choosing the appropriate jobs and the sutable technologies to make the telecommuting a success job.
