Abstract

As AI systems increasingly outperform humans in specialized tasks such as medical diagnosis, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making, ensuring human oversight becomes a critical challenge. This paper explores frameworks and mechanisms that allow humans to maintain control over AI-driven agents without hindering their efficiency. We examine case studies where AI has demonstrated superior performance, analyze the risks of over-reliance, and propose governance strategies to ensure AI remains a tool for augmentation rather than replacement.
