Special issue: applications of radiation in science and technology

Abstract

This special issue presents a selection of papers dealing with various aspects relevant for applications of radiation in science and technology. The topics include radiation measurement and detectors, radiation protection, applications in medicine, applications in environmental studies, and industrial application and neutron radiation. The selection illustrates a wide breath of uses of radiation and the multidisciplinary nature of studies in this area.
