Relationship Between Group Dynamics and Business Sustainability of Pasundan Cattle Farm (Case of Pasundan Cattle Farmer Group in Tegalsari Village, Tegal Waru District, Purwakarta Regency )

Abstract

Research on "The Relationship Between Group Dynamics and Business Sustainability of Pasundan Cattle Farmers (The Case of the Pasundan Cattle Farmer Group in Tegalsari Village, Tegal Waru District, Purwakarta Regency)" was carried out in April 2022. The study aims to analyze the group dynamics and sustainability of pasundan cattle business in the village. The method used in this study is the census method. Sampling uses a total sampling method or census by taking all members of the population of breeders with a total of 57 people. The data obtained were analyzed with Spearman Rank correlation. The results showed that the level of group dynamics was in the high category, the sustainability of the Pasundan cattle farm was in the low category and there was a fairly strong relationship between group dynamics and the farm sustainability of Pasundan cattle breeders with a relationship coefficient value (rs) of 0.535.
