Performance Evaluation System of University Government Procurement Under the Background of Integrated Central Budget Management

Abstract

With the promotion of the integration of central budget management, the importance of performance evaluation for university government procurement management is increasingly prominent. The establishment and improvement of the university government procurement performance evaluation system has become an urgent issue to be solved. This article analyzes relevant literature and combines the requirements of central budget management integration for university procurement work, designs performance evaluation indicators and constructs corresponding performance evaluation systems, in order to provide scientific decision-making basis for improving the quality and efficiency of university government procurement work.
