Abstract

The consumptive phenomenon often occurs in the millennial generation of behavior, most of which tend to be extravagant. Consumptive behavior is influenced by several external and internal factors. These factors consist of Financial Literacy, Self Control, and Lifestyle. The purpose of the preparation of this thesis is to find out how influential Financial Literacy and Self-Control on consumer behavior in the millennial generation with Lifestyle as an intervention variable with the object of research on Longrich factory employees, Cirebon Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method (describes) the results of the research obtained by direct observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires directly or through google forms to samples of Longrich factory employees. There is a significant influence on each variable regarding the effect of financial literacy, and self-control on the consumptive behavior of the millennial generation with lifestyle as an intervention variable.
