Abstract

Telah dilakukan perancangan prototipe sistem pemantau dan pengangkat sampah di sungai secara otomatis berbasis mikrokontroler menggunakan LCD, sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04, motor servo MG996R dan modul SIM800L V2.0. Sistem bekerja berdasarkan ketinggian sampah pada permukaan sungai yang dideteksi oleh sensor ultrasonik 1. Apabila ketinggian sampah dipermukaan h ≥ 10 cm maka motor servo mengangkat sampah menuju bak penampungan. Sampah di bak penampungan dideteksi oleh sensor ultrasonik 2. Apabila ketinggan sampah dari permukaan bak h ≥ 15 cm maka LCD menampilkan kondisi sampah dan data ketinggian sampah dikelola oleh mikrokontroler dan dikirimkan dalam bentuk SMS kepada nomor yang ditanamkan di modul GSM SIM800L V2.0. Hasil karakterisasi sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 didapatkan nilai sensitivitas sebesar 1,2353 V/cm dan koefisien determinasi yaitu 0,9918. Motor servo dapat bekerja dengan baik dimana error rata-rata 0,04% dan dapat mengangkat sampah dengan berat sampai 350 g. Kemampuan motor servo secara keseluruhan dipengaruhi oleh bentuk pengangkatan sampah yang masih sederhana. Hasil pengujian alat keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa rancangan ini dapat memantau dan mengangkat sampah di sungai secara otomatis, saat alat bekerja keseluruhan terjadinya penurunan tegangangan tapi masih bekerja dengan baik. Kata kunci: sampah sungai sensor modul SIM800L V2.0 SMS Keywords: garbage river sensor SIM800L V2.0 module SMS A prototype system for monitoring and lifting garbage in the river has been carried out automatically based on a microcontroller using an LCD, ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04, servo motor MG996R and SIM800L V2.0 module. The system works based on the height of the garbage on the surface of the river which is detected by the ultrasonic sensor 1. If the height of the garbage on the surface is h 10 cm, the servo motor will lift the garbage to the reservoir. Garbage in the holding tank will be detected by an ultrasonic sensor 2. If the height of the waste from the surface of the tank h 15 cm, the LCD will display the condition of the waste and the waste height data is managed by the microcontroller and sent in the form of SMS to the number embedded in the GSM SIM800L V2.0. The results of the characterization of the ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 obtained a sensitivity value of 1.2353 V/cm and a coefficient of determination of 0.9918. The MG996R servo motor can work well where the average error is 0.04% and can lift garbage weighing up to 350 g. The ability of the servo motor as a whole is influenced by the form of garbage removal which is still simple. The test results of the overall tool show that this design can monitor and lift garbage in the river automatically even though when the tool is working the overall voltage drop occurs but it still works well.
