Abstract
The article offers a commentary on the practice of clinical care reporting in the field of sports and exercise medicine in the U.S. Headings of a clinical report are the title, summary, introduction, presentation of the case, discussion and conclusion, references and summary. Components of the presentation of the case report includes patient identification and characteristics, main complaint, patient history and physical examination.
