Abstract

In the present work, we have synthesized Magnesium doped BST (Ba0.93Sr0.05Mg0.02TiO3) ceramic powder sample by using solid state reaction method. BSMT ceramic sample was analyzed for structural and dielectric studies. XRD pattern confirmed the formation of cubic perovskite crystalline phase without any secondary phase. The temperature dependent dielectric properties were measured over a range of frequencies from 1kHz to 1MHz.
