Abstract

The area of diet and cancer prevention research is a dynamic one, producing new theories and findings. The majority of research on diet and cancer suggests that eating fruits, vegetables, whole grains and beans will lower the risk of developing cancer. This review focuses on foods that will help in lowering the risk of cancer.
